DELIVERY POLICY

All orders require a signature upon receipt, at which point responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. The goods remain the property of 22 Maggio Istanbul until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected. Delivery carriers will provide customers with tracking information once the package has been dispatched. Deliveries will take place during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Within Turkey - Free Standard Shipping up to 7 days

Within the EU - Standard Shipping up to 10 days

Outside the EU - Standard Shipping up to 10 days

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

22 Maggio Istanbul offers free shipping for all domestic orders with an estimated delivery time of up to 7 working days. We work with MNG Turkey for domestic deliveries.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery times may vary based on destination. Please note that some areas have limited delivery options. The estimated delivery time for international orders is up to 10 working days, not including customs clearance. We primarily use UPS Express for worldwide shipments. International shipments may incur additional shipping costs, depending on the destination. These shipments may also be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and 22 Maggio Istanbul cannot be held liable. CUSTOMS & DUTIES The total cost of your order does not include local sales taxes, import duties, or shipping fees. If any fees apply, UPS will contact the customer directly via email or phone to pay the necessary amount. 22 Maggio Istanbul has no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Please note that this may delay the delivery time as goods held in customs can only be released once the necessary charges for local authorities have been settled.

 

ORDER TRACKING All of 22 Maggio Istanbul's delivery partners provide customers with tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information and the courier your order will be delivered with.
