RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. For this reason, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for new and unused products. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps outlined below.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@22maggioistanbul.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been authorized, please ensure that the product is in its original condition, with the product care card, invoice, and packaging included (such as the carton box, shoe box, dust bags, and chain wrapped in tissue paper). We will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund if the product is not in its original condition.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The return cost may vary depending on where you live and may include custom duties.
It may take up to 14 days for your return to reach us due to customs reasons. Once we have received your item, it may take up to 3-5 days to process your refund. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. It may take up to 14 working days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns of new and unused products from international customers within 14 days from the date of delivery. The products must be in the same condition, original packaging and unused, bearing the original labels and accessories as well. Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition with the product care card, invoice and packaging included (Carton box, shoe box, dust bags, chain wrapped in tissue paper etc.); otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund.
